The Mee�ng was called to order at 6:30 pm and roll call was taken. 2. J. Ronge / B. Chapman mo�oned to Approve the Agenda. Mo�on carried. 3. J. Ronge / B. Chapman mo�oned to Approve the December 30, 2025, Minutes. Mo�on carried. 4. Public Comment. None. 5. Review, Discuss, and Possibly Approve Changes / Updates to the Recrea�on Director Job Descrip�on / Title. The Commitee reviewed the proposed descrip�on of the Recrea�on Program Coordinator posi�on. One minor change was noted to include working with all area schools. The Commitee also discussed concerns about who will oversee this posi�on and if changes to the makeup of the Recrea�on Commitee should be considered. J. Ronge / B. Chapman mo�oned to approve the proposed descrip�on of the Recrea�on Program Coordinator posi�on as presented with the following amendment: • The first bullet point under “Dis�nguished Features of the Class:” to be changed to “This posi�on involves the scheduling of all adult and youth recrea�on year-round by working with all area schools, athle�c directors, and the City of Juneau Library.” Mo�on carried 3-0. 6. Review, Discuss, and Possibly Approve the Pos�ng of the Recrea�on Director Job Posi�on. R. Evans / B. Chapman mo�oned to approve pos�ng the Recrea�on Program Coordinator posi�on as per Standard Procedure. Mo�on carried 3-0. 7. Future Agenda Items. Discuss and possibly approve changes to the makeup of the Recrea�on Commitee and oversight of the Recrea�on Program Coordinator. 8.
