MONTHLY UPDATE
Choose 5 questions below that best represent what is happening in your area this month. Brief
responses or bullet points are encouraged.
1. What’s Coming Up?
Most enrichment classes start the week of the 21st with strong enrollment
2. What Do the Numbers Say?
Golf has offered less classes but filled almost every spot of what has been offered.
3. What Did We Accomplish?
We accomplished a great summer. Summer camp went well, enrichment programs were
filled throughout the summer and were looking forward to an amazing fall.
4. What Are We Seeing?
Baton enrollment has increased significantly in the last year!
5. What’s the Community Asking For?
A few participants have asked for more continuing Spanish education. We have tried in
the past and it hasn’t run due to low enrollment but I will try again.

MONTHLY UPDATE
1. What’s New?
a. New programs are having a strong showing in enrollment for the Fall. New season
/ one-off programs are getting attention from our participants!
2. What Do the Numbers Say?
a. As stated in the program spotlight the numbers are showing that offering
senior/older adult programs is very beneficial for enrollment numbers. We plan to
continue to expand our programs in the future with new programs and more
dates offered.
3. Who Are We Connecting With?
a. Our Summer 26 participants. We are sending out an end of season survey to learn
what is working and what is not, as well as learn what the community is looking for
us as a department can add.
4. What’s Next?
a. Get Fall programs rolling, then planning and scheduling out Winter/Spring 2027.
5. Why Does It Matter?
a. We are able to continue providing a space for participants of all ages and
abilities to recreate through our programming and facility space. Whether it is a
fee class or paid we offer the opportunism for the community to participate.

PHOTO / STORY TO SHARE
We offer lots of FREE programs, but our Swap Club is one of my favorites. With different monthly
themes we try to run one per month throughout the year. Our best offering was during our
Costume Swap last October – so we are PUMPED to offer it again this year.
COMMISSION TAKEAWAY
Our programs continue to be consistent and growing into areas of interest that our community
has highlighted. In addition, Adult Program Fall enrollments have covered all Adult Program Staff
costs and more over the first 3 weeks of registration.
