Meeting Minutes

TOWN OF HAMILTON SPECIAL MEETING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 22ND, 2022 Chairman Blaine Lee called the special meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 for the purpose of meeting with Josh Fulk, representative from Scott Construction. Roll call found Chairman Blaine Lee, Supervisors Kevin Hoyer and Paul Degenhardt, Steve Knudson and Clerk Sara Schultz present. After considering the costs of each of the roads that were bid on, Degenhardt motioned to approve the following roads to be repaired by Scott Construction this year: Pleasant Valley Road - $69,465 Walker Road - $25,180 Berg Road - $10,480 Wehrs Road - $20,314 Mc Kinley Valley - $ 7,442 Rod & Gun Club Road - $ 6,854 Total: - $139,735 Hoyer seconded the motion and it carried. The meeting was adjourned by motions made by Degenhardt and Hoyer at 7:36 p.m. Carried. ______________________________ Sara Schultz, Town Clerk
