Meeting Minutes

TOWN OF HAMILTON SPECIAL MEETING TUESDAY, JUNE 14, 2022 Chairman Blaine Lee called the special meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14,2022 for the purpose of opening the road bids we received from Fahrner and Scott Construction. All board members were in attendance. The board reviewed the bids received for the following roads: Pleasant Valley, Rod & Gun Club, Schomberg, Wehrs, Boul, McKinley Valley, Berg, Old B, Carlson, Neshonoc, Hoff and Walker. Hoyer motioned to accept the bids from Scott Construction and Degenhardt seconded the motion. Carried. Since the amount of the bids were over our budgeted amount, Hoyer commented he would like to make sure that we don’t have to contract for the entire amount that was bid out. The representative from Scott Construction (Josh Fulk) stated we can decide which roads we want worked on at a later date, which will be at a special meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22nd. Degenhardt motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 p.m. and Hoyer supported the motion with a second. _________________________ Sara Schultz, Town Clerk
