AGENDA: Lee read the agenda which was approved by Degenhardt and supported with a second by Hoyer. Carried. There was no public comment; however, Hoyer and Degenhardt expressed they would like to discuss the speed limit change and installation of the stop sign on Linse Road and Shorewood Court even though Jay Herbst was not in attendance. Chairman Lee stated that townships regulate town roads and safety and welfare is our main concern. This will be followed by the regular board meeting at 7:30 when the board will approve or disapprove it. This will be discussed in the future. Everything is going well at the center. Gary from Hilltopper is putting a plan together for the recycling center at the new site. FINANCIAL REPORT: The financial reports were handed out and reviewed. The treasurer stated the January settlements are due January 17th and there is one refund to be paid out since the taxes were paid twice. She will transfer money from the loan to the sweep account to reimburse expenses so far (SEH, Kammel Construction, Chosen Valley Testing).
