Minutes Town of Arpin Building Committee Wednesday, May 22, 2024 Meeting Called to Order: 5:20 p.m. Members Attending: Duane Willfahrt, Mike Esser, Debbie Scholl, Marty Cepress, Jill Richardson Residents: Tyler Grosskreutz, Jim Scholl Non-Residents: Location: Arpin Fire Department 1. Minutes: MOTION (Debbie Scholl/Mike Esser) to approve April 24, 2024 meeting minutes. Carried 5-0. 2. Building Tour: Building Committee toured the Auburndale Municipal Building. 3. List of Questions - Compile Pro/Con List: The committee reviewed and continued to work through the lists of questions and pro/cons. 4. Future Agenda Items: Additional work on the “List of Questions” and “Pro/Cons List.” Explore grant funding. 5. Next Meeting: June 19, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. location is TBD. The Committee will try to schedule this meeting at the Town of Eau Pleine Municipal Building. 6. Adjourn: Motion (Mike Esser/Debbie Scholl) to adjourn 6:46 p.m. Carried 5-0.
