Troy Weichelt, Supervisor Mark Scheunemann,Chairman Rick Bouma, Supervisor Karmen Bouma, Treasurer Town of Arpin Wood County Shelly Grimm, Clerk Arpin, Wisconsin 54410 The Town of Arpin will hold the Annual meeting Tuesday, April 21st , 2026, following the regular monthly meeting in the fire department building. Annual Meeting Minutes of April 21,2026 Chairman Mark Scheunemann announced he would like a show of hands when Motions are made -Minutes from the Annual meeting 2025: MOTION (Mark Scheunemann, Troy Weichelt) to approve the minutes from April 15, 2025. Carried 10-0 -Publication: MOTION (Jill Richardson, Tyler Grosskreutz) that we follow Wisconsin state statutes 989.05 and in lieu of a newspaper we publish in one public place and on our municipal website. Carried 10-0 -Financial institution: MOTION (Jill Richardson, Stacey Kundinger) to utilize Forward Financial as our financial institution. Carried 10-0 MOTION (Duane Wilfahrt, Bill Gebert) we put our money for equipment in the state fund in a separate fund. Carried 10-0 -Accept Wisconsin Towns Association dues: MOTION (Duane Wilfahrt, Mike Esser) that we accept the WTA dues. Carried 10-0 -Salary for board members: MOTION (Duane Wilfahrt, Mike Esser) give a 15% percent and keep the $40 per meeting. Carried 10-0 -Set date for 2027 annual meeting: April 20, 2027 -Any other business for discussion: MOTION (Bill Gebert, Mike Esser) would like to see the budget for the fire department to increase to their annual budget to $30,000. Carried 10-0 -Adjournment: MOTION (Mike Esser, Jill Richardson) to adjourn. Annual meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m. • Shelly Grimm, Clerk
