Neil Heinrich Open Meetings: Heinrich addressed the Board requesting clarification of the
Conditional Use ordinance and the Zone/Planning Commission process. Chairman Moody
read the ordinance and explained the ordinance and the process of the Zone/Planning
Commission.
Old Business:
Brian Ruesch 30-Acre Building Parcel: Ruesch was not in attendance at the meeting to
discuss this issue. Chairman Moody noted that he had been in contact with the Town’s
attorney regarding this issue, and was advised that there is no further action necessary by the
Town at this point.
Public Input:
A Town resident requested clarification from Heinrich regarding the complaint to the DA noting
the Zoning/Planning Commission meetings and process.
Another Town resident requested clarification of the complaint to the DA regarding the Town
Board and Board of Review meetings and processes. Sorenson interjected that she had
submitted the complaint in regards to the meetings’ process and had not heard that the DA
was satisfied with the findings.
A Town resident questioned if Kimball Avenue should be chip sealed. Chairman Moody
explained that would not benefit the condition of the road at this point.
The progress of the nuisance complaints was requested. It was noted that Supervisor Jensen
is working with the Town’s attorney to contact the involved parties.
Question was raised as to why the Bassuener’s bill was so high this year. Was noted that the
two dumpsters of tires likely contributed to the increase in cost.
Question was raised as to an estimate on the timing of a Road Superintendent replacement. It
was mentioned that is unknown at this time, as that position is the topic of discussion for the
closed session.
Closed Session: Schmidt made a motion to go into closed session to discuss road crew
hiring and compensation, Jensen seconded. Motion carried.
Reconvene in Open Session: Being no other business to discuss in closed session, Schmidt
made a motion to reconvene into open session at 7:46 pm. Jensen seconded the motion and

Respectfully submitted,
