TOWN OF SHERRY SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING August 25, 2022 The Special Town Board Meeting was called to order at 4:45 p.m. with Chairman Homb, Supervisor Bean, Supervisor Holtz and Clerk Lobner present. There was a motion by Supervisor Holtz to approve check 11062 in the amount of $1,000; and approve a cashier’s check from First State Bank in the amount of $13, 545.09 for the closing of the purchase of vacant land on County Road F, Milladore, WI. Second by Chairman Homb. Motion carried. Chairman Homb will deliver checks at closing. There was a motion to adjourn from Supervisor Holtz, seconded by Chairman Homb. Motion carried.
