Four years ago, we had a reevaluation. Technically this is a Market Adjustment, it reflects the way property is being sold in the township. Our town is currently at 66% of equalized value, we need to be in the 90+% of equalized value to be in state compliance. The state has increased the equalized value each year for the past three years. Mr. Wagner will send out more information when he has completed his work and will be available during Open Book and Board of Review. These dates will be set at the regular monthly board meeting in May.See Addendum-1: Chairman’s ReportSee Addendum-2: Financial ReportMotion to adjourn was made by Dennis Brunner and seconded by Dale Zawislan, motion carried by unanimous voice vote.Respectfully Submitted, Jean Gansch, Clerk
