ITEM: Update, discussion and approval of final expenses for 2026. No motions or votes taken during this discussion – covered during the financial report. ITEM: Review feedback collected from 2026 commission members, four main charities, NBPD, NBFD, NBEM, streets, grounds, recreation, food/beverage vendors, Spectrum Carnival, and Facebook. Prospect Lions - Grounds crew was good, suggest operating and testing electrical equipment to ensure no faults. No complaints. EFNB – Overall bar was good. About $3k less revenue this year year over year. Tent fee was 24% of revenue. Beer Capital trailer was broken and EFNB ended up having warm beer for the first two days. Sparks Fly didn’t seem worth the added expense and wasn't as popular of a band. MDA - Agree that the fee was about 25% of the revenue. An additional 25% goes to overhead. Very disappointing that there was a shutdown (weather). The city crew was unbelievable, and did such a great job. Tent setup, requesting the earlier the better. Allowing for 1 vehicle overnight was helpful. Better to come out closer for allocation of money on bands. NB Lions - Same sentiments, city crew deserves a hat’s off. The Beer Capital guys were attentive. Disappointed in the weather shutdown. Always going to look for different bands. Greg from Rosati’s would like to have pizza as well.
