Town of Cary Wood County, Wisconsin March 19, 2020 Emergency Meeting Town Board, Town of Cary, Wood County, Wisconsin (Posted at Town Hall, 5688 Accola Road on March 17, 2020) Attending: James Patrick, Chairman, Dennis Brunner, Supervisor, Dale Zawislan, Supervisor, Sharon McDonald, Clerk, Marlene Neve, Deputy Clerk, and one resident Purpose: To fill vacancy for office of town clerk An Emergency Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cary, Wood County, Wisconsin was called to order at 8:00 A. M. on Thursday, March 19, 2020. Chairman Jim Patrick reviewed letter of resignation from Clerk Sharon McDonald. The Board accepted Sharon’s resignation and thanked her for her effort as Clerk. Motion was made by Dennis Brunner, seconded by Dale Zawislan to appoint Deputy Clerk Marlene Neve as Acting Clerk, effective 03-19-2020. Motion Carried. Marlene accepted appointment and was sworn in by Clerk Sharon McDonald. After a brief discussion about how to handle pay for each, a motion to adjourn was made by Dale Zawislan and seconded by Dennis Brunner. Motion Carried.
