Monthly Meeting January 14 2021

Town of Richfield, Wood County Monthly Board Meeting | January 14, 2021 1. Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1) Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2), Josh Sabo (Fire Chief), Keith Albright (Hwy Department), Jack Pernsteiner (resident), Ryan Van Asten (resident), & Jennifer Howen 4. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to approve December 7, 2020 Public Board meeting minutes as amended. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 5. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as printed. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 6. Fire Chief’s Report. 2 calls. 7. First Responders Report. 6 calls. 8. Jennifer from Rural Insurance came to go over our Insurance Policy. 9. Stayed in Open Session to conduct Fire Department Employee Review. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to terminate Michelle Kundinger from the Fire Department. Jim Good 2nd the motion. The motion carried. Chris McDaniel abstained. 10. Rural Fire Association Contract was discussed. 11. Fire Dept Bylaws were discussed. 12. WI Surplus Sale items were discussed. 13. Road Maintenance a. Bridge on Richfield Drive was discussed. b. Bridge on Lincoln (over the Yellow River) was discussed. c. Culvert on Heeglund Lane 14. Building Maintenance a. Security Cameras were discussed. 15. Garbage policy was discussed. 16. Invoicing was discussed. 17. Items intended for future meeting were discussed. 18. Accounts Payable: Chris McDaniel made a motion to Approve/Pay monthly bills. Jim Good 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 19. Budget Review was tabled till next month. 20. Chris McDaniel made a motion to adjourn. Jim Good 2nd the motion. Motion carried at 10:55pm. Tirzah Draeger, Clerk
