Monthly Meeting March 11 2020

Town of Richfield, Wood County Monthly Board Meeting March 11, 2020 1. Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2)Pete Winistorfer (Town of Rock Chairman), Ron Wells (Resident), Taylor Felts (Resident), Jim Curtin (Resident), Josh Sabo (Fire Chief), & Keith Albright (Resident). 4. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the February 10, 2020 Public Board meeting minutes after adjusted. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 5. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as printed. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 6. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to co-host the March Town Association Meeting at the Town of Richfield and split the food bill. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 7. Fire Chief’s Report. 8. First Responder’s Report. 9. Road Maintenance a. Heeglund Lane was discussed. Chris McDaniel made a motion to tabled Heeglund Lane until the April Meeting. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 10. Building Maintenance a. Meeting Room/Kitchen Appliances. Chris McDaniel made a motion to sell a fridge from the meeting room. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to keep the stove. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 11. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the Annual Meeting Agenda as amended. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 12. Water Testing was discussed. 13. Informational Newsletter 14. Chris McDaniel motion to approve the installation of the computer back up system and relocation of the wifi router. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 15. Items intended for future meetings: a. Window Decals for front doors b. Road Review 16. Accounts Payable: Chris McDaniel made a motion to Approve/Pay monthly bills. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion.
