Monthly Meeting February 10 2020

Town of Richfield, Wood County Monthly Board Meeting February 10, 2020 1. Jim Good called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. The following persons were present: Tirzah Draeger (Clerk), Tammi Pernsteiner (Treasurer), Jim Good (Chairman), Dave Steinmetz (Supervisor #1), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #2), Bob Tomkowiah (Resident), & Keith Albright (Resident). 4. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the January 13, 2020 Public Board meeting minutes after adjusted. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 5. Chris McDaniel made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as printed. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 6. Fire Chief’s Report. None at this time. 7. First Responder’s Report. None at this time. 8. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to move to closed session to conduct a review with Hwy Department Employee. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. 9. Chris McDaniel made a motion to move to open session. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. a. Chris McDaniel made a motion to accept the Hwy Department Standard Position Description. 10. Property Survey Maps. None currently. 11. Road Maintenance a. Potholes were discussed. 12. Building Maintenance a. Lights were discussed. b. Painting was discussed. c. Stove/Oven was discussed. 13. Snowplowing for the Town of Wood. 14. Snowplowing for the Town of Arpin was discussed. 15. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to set the Open Book for Wednesday, May 20th from 4pm – 6pm and the Board of Review for Thursday, May 28th from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 16. Items intended for future meetings: a. Personal Equipment Billing Rate b. Stove c. Pumping of the Holding Tanks d. Hwy Department Employee Review e. Chip Reader for dogs f. Annual Meeting Agenda 17. Accounts Payable: Dave Steinmetz made a motion to Approve/Pay monthly bills. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 18. Chris McDaniel made to approve the internal Audit for the Town of Richfield. Dave Steinmetz 2nd the motion. The motion carried. 19. Dave Steinmetz made a motion to adjourn.
