Board of Review Meeting Minutes

Town of Richfield 8478 Richfield Drive Marshfield, WI 54449 Board of Review Meeting Minutes May 10, 2026 Josh Sabo called the Board of Review (BOR) meeting to order at 7:02pm. The following persons were present: Josh Sabo (Chairperson/BOR Member ), Bob Tomkowiak (Supervisor #1/BOR Member), Christopher Christiansen (Supervisor #2/BOR Member), Josh Haebig (Supervisor #3/BOR Member), Paul Haebig (Supervisor #4/BOR Member), Paula Rustad (Clerk/BOR Member ), Johnathan Dickinson (Treasurer), Chase Brockman, Bobby Fedrowitz Christopher Christiansen made a motion to move our Board of Review Meeting to Tuesday, September 29, 2026 since Richfield is conducting a Wisconsin state required town-wide revaluation for the 2026 assessment year throughout 2026 and the assessment roll is not complete at this time . Bob Tomkowiak 2nd the motion & the motion carried. Bob Tomkowiak made a motion to adjourn the BOR meeting, Christopher Christiansen 2nd the motion & the motion carried .
