Town of Richfield 8478 Richfield Drive Marshfield, WI 54449 Special Board Meeting Minutes March 20, 2025 Dave Steinmetz called the meeting to order at 6:43pm Roll call The following people were present: Dave Steinmetz (Chairperson), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #1), Andrew Woltmann (Supervisor #2), Paula Rustad (Clerk), Josh Sabo (Fire Chief/Resident) Easement on Land Owned by Town of Richfield on Heggelund Ln Discussion was had regarding the easement request by Joel Ponshock on Heggelund Lane. Dave will meet with the lawyer to get legal documents prepared and will also reach out to Joel. Discussion of Board Members Discussion was had regarding the future of the Town Board. Board of Review Date Andrew Woltmann made a motion to have Board of Review on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Chris McDaniel 2nd the motion. Motion carried. Move to closed session pursuant to Wis Stats Sec.19.85(1)(g) to discuss matters of the Town’s legal business.
