Town of Richfield 8478 Richfield Drive Marshfield, WI 54449 Special Board Meeting Minutes August 21, 2024 Dave Steinmetz called the meeting to order at 8:00pm Pledge of Allegiance Roll call The following persons were present: Dave Steinmetz (Chairperson), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #1), Andrew Woltmann (Supervisor #2), Paula Rustad (Clerk) SCBA Purchase-Town Loan Continued discussion was had on taking a loan out with Partner’s Bank to purchase the 15 MSA SCBAs for $136,230.00 that was approved at the last monthly meeting. Dave presented a 10-year amortization schedule with biannual payments. Dave will get back in contact with the bank to get quotes for 2-year, 3-year & 5-year so we have some other options to look at. Paula will provide the last 2-year financials to Dave so he can get them to the bank. The town board is currently discussing raising the tax levy limit so will look further into the details of that & more discussion will be had at our next monthly meeting. Move to closed session pursuant to Wis Stats Sec.19.85(1)(g) to discuss matters of the Town’s legal business.
