Town of Richfield 8478 Richfield Drive Marshfield, WI 54449 Special Board Meeting Minutes February 6, 2024 Dave Steinmetz called the meeting to order at 6:48 pm Pledge of Allegiance Roll call The following persons were present: Dave Steinmetz (Chairperson), Chris McDaniel (Supervisor #1), Andrew Woltman (Supervisor #2), Paula Rustad (Clerk) Move to closed session pursuant to WIs Stats 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Chris McDaniel made a motion to move into closed session. Andrew Woltmann 2nd motion. Motion carried. Move to reconvene back into an open session.
