Minutes Village of Arpin Sewer Utility – Wednesday, August 12, 2026 These notes are not minutes of this meeting until accepted and approved at their next regularly scheduled meeting. Meeting Called to Order: 7:00 p.m. Members Attending: President: Jack Esser Trustees: Dan Mrotek, Tim Esser, Michelle Bohman Staff: Jill Richardson, Louis Kuhlka Residents: Rollin & Sharon Dupee, Addison Mally Non-Residents: Michael Miller 1. Minutes: MOTION (Jack Esser/Dan Mrotek) to approve meeting minutes from July 8, 2026, Sewer Utility Meeting. Carried 4-0. 2. Financial Statement: MOTION (Dan Mrotek/Tim Esser) to approve Village of Arpin Sewer Utility Financial Statement from July 2026. Carried 4-0. 3. Sewer Operator Report: The plant is running within acceptable limits. Septic tanks at plant were pumped. Going forward the Operator will keep a monthly log monitoring tank volume. 4. Generator: A generator was purchased through Wisconsin Surplus, from the City of Wisconsin Rapids. 5. Clear Water Infiltration: The Sewer Operator will get cost estimates for replacing manhole lids, without pick-holes, that will fit our castings. 6. 186 Sewer Line: Working with contractors to get cost. 7.
