Minutes Board of Review Village of Arpin – Wednesday, April 29, 2026 Meeting Called to Order: 4:30 p.m. Members Attending: Dan Mrotek, Tim Esser, Jill Richardson Assessor: Todd Pauls The Notice for the meeting was posted: Village of Arpin Municipal Building 04/29/2026 – 11:54 a.m. Village of Arpin Website 04/29/2026 – 12:00 p.m. Village of Arpin Post Office 04/29/2026 – 5:47 p.m. MOTION (Jill Richardson/Tim Esser) to elect Dan Mrotek to Chair. Carried 2-0, 1 abstain. MOTION (Dan Mrotek/Jill Richardson) to elect Tim Esser to Vice-Chair. Carried 2-0, 1 abstain. Certified Board of Review members are: Jill Richardson. 2026 is a Maintenance Year – “Notice of Assessment Changes” were mailed 15 days prior to BOR. Open Book was held on April 22, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The level of assessment is approximately 100%. No residents appeared before the BOR.
