Meeting Called to Order: 7:00 p.m. Members Attending: President: Jack Esser Trustees: Dan Mrotek, Tim Esser, Kevin Albrecht, Libby Block Staff: Jill Richardson, Louis Kuhlka Residents: Non-Residents: 1. Minutes: MOTION (Libby Block/Kevin Albrecht) to approve meeting minutes from October 8, 2025, Sewer Utility Meeting. Carried 5-0. 2. Minutes: MOTION (Kevin Albrecht/Dan Mrotek) to approve meeting minutes from October 23, 2025, Sewer Utility Budget Meeting. Carried 5-0. 3. Financial Statement: MOTION (Jack Esser/Kevin Albrecht) to approve Village of Arpin Sewer Utility Financial Statement from October 2025. Carried 5-0. 4. Sewer Operator Report: The plant is running within acceptable limits. The effluent channel was cleaned and calibration was completed; reporting fluctuations after cleaning are ongoing and are being monitored. Repairs will be made to the Treatment Plant Gate. 5.
