Certify Posting: The agenda for the budget meeting posted: Village of Arpin Municipal Building 10/09/2025 – 1:30 p.m. Village of Arpin Post Office 10/09/2025 – 1:45 p.m. Village Website 10/09/2025 – 12:15 p.m. 2. Budget: The proposed budget was discussed and calculated. MOTION (Kevin Albrecht/Jack Esser) to approve the “proposed” Village of Arpin 2026 Budget. Carried 5-0. MOTION (Jack Esser/Dan Mrotek) to approve the 2026 contract for Pauls & Associates, for assessment services. Carried 5-0. MOTION (Jack Esser/Kevin Albrecht) to hire Larry’s Lawn and Landscape, LLC for the 2025 - 2026 winter snow removal on Main Street. Carried 4-0. 1 Abstain. MOTION (Jack Esser/Libby Block) to approve the SWCHS contract for 2026. Carried 5-0. 3. Adjourn: MOTION (Kevin Albrecht/Dan Mrotek) to adjourn at 7:42 p.m. Carried 5-0.
