Minutes Village of Arpin – Thursday, August 21, 2024 Meeting Called to Order: 4:00 p.m. Members Attending: Dan Mrotek, Kevin Albrecht, Jill Richardson Board Member Attending: Kevin Albrecht Assessor: Todd Pauls The Notice for the meeting was posted: Village of Arpin Municipal Building 07/10/2025 – 1:30 p.m. Village of Arpin Website 07/10/2025 – 1:45 p.m. Village of Arpin Post Office 07/10/2025 – 3:45 p.m. MOTION (Jill Richardson/Kevin Albrecht) to elect Dan Mrotek as Chair. Carried 2-0-1 abstain. MOTION (Dan Mrotek/Kevin Albrecht) to elect Jill Richardson to Vice-Chair. Carried 2-0-1 abstain. Certified Board of Review members are: Jill Richardson. Notice of assessment changes were mailed 30 days prior to BOR. Open Book was held on August 14, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. – 5 p.m. The level of assessment is approximately 100%. No residents appeared before the BOR. MOTION (Dan Mrotek/Kevin Albrecht) to adjourn at 6:00 p.m. Carried 3-0. Jill Richardson, Clerk/Treasurer
