Minutes Village of Arpin Sewer Utility – Wednesday, May 14, 2025 These notes are not minutes of this meeting until accepted and approved at their next regularly scheduled meeting. Meeting Called to Order: 7:00 p.m. Members Attending: President: Jack Esser Trustees: Dan Mrotek, Tim Esser, Kevin Albrecht, Libby Block Staff: Jill Richardson, Louis Kuhlka Residents: Rollin & Sharon Dupee, Brad & Kylee Dupee, Luke Bravener Non-Residents: 1. Minutes: MOTION (Dan Mrotek/Jack Esser) to approve meeting minutes from April 9, 2025, Sewer Utility Meeting. Carried 5-0. 2. Financial Statement: MOTION (Dan Mrotek/Kevin Albrecht) to approve Village of Arpin Sewer Utility Financial Statement from April 2025. Carried 5-0. 3. Sewer Operator Report: The plant is running within acceptable limits. SCADA install is scheduled for May 27th. Alliant Energy Transformer service is scheduled for May 22nd. 4. Maintenance and Repairs: Maintenance was completed on UV racks. Lift Station was pumped. 5. Phosphorus Project: Flow proportion programing will be completed when the SCADA system is installed. 6. Ordinance #28: Changes are being made; ordinance should be ready for board review soon. 7. Future agenda items: Phosphorus Project, Ordinance #28 8.
