Minutes Village of Arpin Sewer Utility – Wednesday, February 12, 2025 These notes are not minutes of this meeting until accepted and approved at their next regularly scheduled meeting. Meeting Called to Order: 7:00 p.m. Members Attending: President: Jack Esser Trustees: Dan Mrotek, Tim Esser, Kevin Albrecht, Libby Block Staff: Jill Richardson, Louis Kuhlka Residents: Rollin & Sharon Dupee Non-Residents: 1. Minutes: MOTION (Libby Block/Dan Mrotek) to approve meeting minutes from January 8, 2025, Sewer Utility Meeting. Carried 5-0. 2. Financial Statement: MOTION (Dan Mrotek/Jack Esser) to approve Village of Arpin Sewer Utility Financial Statement from January 2025. Carried 5-0. 3. Sewer Operator Report: The plant is running within acceptable limits. 4. Maintenance and Repairs: No Discussion 5. Phosphorus Project: This project is nearing completion. The plumber has installed needed equipment. Electrical work will be completed soon. 6. Sewer Ordinance #28: Tabled 7. Backup Sewer Operator Position: The League was consulted regarding conflict of interest and found no reason for concern. 8. Future agenda items: Phosphorus Project, Ordinance #28 9.
