Meeting Called to Order: 7:13 p.m. Members Attending: President: Jack Esser Trustees: Dan Mrotek, Tim Esser, Kevin Albrecht, Staff: Jill Richardson, Louis Kuhlka Residents: Rollin & Sharon Dupee Non-Residents: 1. Certify Posting: The agenda for the meeting posted: Village of Arpin Municipal Building 1/6/2025 – 6:16 p.m. Village of Arpin Post Office 1/6/2025 – 6:22 p.m. Friends & Neighbors 1/6/2025 – 6:27 p.m. 2. Minutes: (Dan Mrotek/Jack Esser) to approve the Village of Arpin Regular Board Meeting Minutes from December 11, 2024. Carried 4-0. 3. Financials: MOTION (Jack Esser/Tim Esser) to approve Village of Arpin Financial Statement from December 2024. Carried 4-0. 4. Clerk/Treasurer Report: There will be a Spring Primary Election on February 18, 2025 for the State Superintendent of Public Instruction. Taxes are coming in at a normal pace. The Year End Financial Compilation is due to begin this week. 5. Fire Department Update: December was a busy month with 13 calls. 6. Public Works: Discussed Backup Snow Plow Operator position. MOTION (Jack Esser/Tim Esser) to hire Duane Hayden as the Backup Snow Plow Operator. Carried 4-0. 7. Post Office: Interior painting will be scheduled with post office personnel. 8. KKP Maintenance: Tree trimming project is scheduled for tentative completion this winter. 9. Ordinance Violations: None. 10. Permits/Licenses: None. 11. Future Agenda Items: Ordinance #59 12.
