TomWolf madeamotiontoaccept theminutesfromtheMay8, 2024regular monthlyBoardMeeting. DaveCarolfi secondedthemotion. Motioncarried. DaveCarolfi madeamotiontoaccept thetreasurer’sreport for Julyandpaythebillsbrought beforetheboard. TomWolfsecondedthemotion. Motioncarried PublicInput- Correspondence1. Rural Insuranceisconductingtheir yearlyaudit andclerkVeronicaWitter statedthatshehascompletedtheneededpaperwork.2. ACertificationof Insurancewassent totheTownof SenecafromTri CityRefrigeration.3. Statewouldliketobeginsendingmapselectronically, but theboardismorecomfortablewiththepaper maps. Treasurer andClerkWages- adiscussionof theTreasurer’sandtheClerk’swagesincludedc--omparingwagestothoseof other townsinWoodCounty. After muchdiscussion, amotion wasmadebyDaveCarolfi toincreasetheTreasure’sandClerk’smonthlywageby$200startingwiththeJunepayperiod. SecondedbyTomWolf. Motioncarried. RoadWork1. JimFuller reportedthat SearlsRoadwasfinishedandsignsareduetobeput up.2. Near thecorner of GeorgeandSwansonthereisapotholeontheshoulder3. Thespeedlimit signonGaynor ismissingandwill needtobereplaced.4. Boarddiscussedsignsthat needtobereplaced. It wasdeterminedthat theboardwouldchecktheir notesfromtheroadtour andthendeterminetheorder signsneededreplacing.5. ArrowsignsonGeorgeRoadneedtobelookedat.6. VansRoadhadnot beenstartedyet.7. InregardstoElmLane, DeanspoketotheCountybut theycannot completethetreetrimminguntil theendof JulyduetoOakWilt.8. Countyhasstartedmowingditches, sowecanbeginwhenready. NewClerk- JackieKitowski wassworninasthenewclerk. Shewill begintrainingthismonthandVeronicawill helpuntil July. Treasurer, SheilaGrosskreutzwill get acredit cardmadeforthenewclerk.
