PUBLIC REMINDER OF DATE CHANGE FOR FUTURE MEETINGS BEGINNING IN MARCH, 2023, MEETINGS WILL BEGIN AT 6:30 PM. • Chairman Dean Oilschlager to call the meeting to order. • Approve minutes of regular board meeting held on January 4, 2023. • Treasurer’s report & approve payment of bills. • Public input • Correspondence • Purchase security cameras • Open bids for dump truck • Discuss purchase of pickup for road patrol • Swearing in (if available) Janet Hohl, Alonna& Everett Roland for Chief Election Inspectors. • Discuss Hosting of Wood County Unit Meeting on 7/23/2023 @ Altdorf. • Audit for July – December, 2022. • Clerk/Deputy Clerk Report: I am submitting this report for informational purposes only. 1. Veronica & I both attended training at the Courthouse with the WI Elections Commissions for new “Express Vote”. Will be up and running for the 2/21 election. This new machine will tremendously streamline the voting process for those that choose to use it. Veronica will be at the TH on election day. Sandra will be there in the AM and PM to assist Veronica in open and close. 2. Veronica & I spent the entire day on January 22 and organized & completed all of the filing at the Town Hall. 3. We finally ironed out our email addresses for “.Gov”. We are all up and running. 4. QuickBooks is slow going but we are closer to reconciling 2022. QB is reconciling perfectly so far for 2023. 5. Sage Accounting software is extended through the end of March as a back-up. 6. We had many issues with Town Web customer service this past month. I believe we also have that sorted out.
