MINUTES February 1, 2023 @ 7:00 P.M. Town Board Meeting Seneca Town Hall, 3540 County Hwy. Q, WI Rapids, WI 54495 Meeting certification & notification: This agenda has been posted in two physical locations and the Town of Seneca website to notify the public of the date, place & time. • Chairman Dean Oilschlager to call the meeting to order. Meeting called to order at 7pm • Approve minutes of regular board meeting held on January 4, 2023. Motion by Tom, 2nd by Dean. Motion carried. • Treasurer’s report & approve payment of bills. Motion by Tom, 2nd by Dean. Motion carried. • Public input. None • Correspondence. Road Work Letter. • Purchase security cameras. Tabled until March. • Open bids for dump truck. Tabled until March. • Discuss purchase of pickup for road patrol. Tabled until March. • Swearing in (if available) Janet Hohl, Alonna & Everett Roland for Chief Election Inspectors. Dean Oilschlager, Town Chairman, swore in Janet Hohl as a Chief Election Inspector. Alonna & Everett Roland not present. • Discuss Hosting of Wood County Unit Meeting on 7/23/2023 @ Altdorf. Chairman is requesting that either the Clerk, Deputy Clerk or both attend this meeting. • Audit for July – December, 2022. Tabled until March. • Clerk/Deputy Clerk Report: Read to Committee. • Road Work. Two (2) notices sent to be published. • Agenda items for next month. 1) Swearing in of Alonna & Everett Roland (continue on agenda until sworn in) • Adjourn.
