MINUTES November 2, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. Town Board Meeting Seneca Town Hall, 3540 County Hwy. Q, WI Rapids, WI 54495 In attendance: Chairman, Dean Oilschlager; Supervisor, Tom Wolf; Supervisor Dave Carolfi; Clerk, Veronica Witter; Deputy Clerk, Sandra Green; Dave Alnes; Stephanie Minch; Shawn Minch o Chairman Dean Oilschlager to call meeting to order. Meeting called to order promptly at 7:00 pm. o Approve minutes of regular board meeting held on October 5, 2022, the Zoning meeting held on October 18 and the Special Town Board meeting held on October 20. Motion to approve minutes of all previous meetings by T. Wolf and second by D. Carolfi. Motion carried. o Treasurer’s report & approve payment of bills.Motion to approve by T. Wolf and second by D. Carolfi. Motion carried. o Public input. Driveway on Leonard Road. Shed on Seneca Road. Discuss driveway applications and permits. o Correspondence. Snowplow agreement discussion. Discuss bids on snowplow. Table this discussion until next meeting in December. o Discuss and/or act on 2023 budget. Discussion ensued and questions were answered. Schedule to adopt Town Tax Levy and approve road work allocation for 2023. o Review and approve Treasurer and Newsletter. Bond renewal was signed by Sandra Green, Deputy Town Clerk. Motion to approve with mentioned changes by T. Wolf and second by D. Carolfi. Motion carried. o Set dates for special meetings to approve budget and tax levy. Meeting scheduled for November 22, 2022, at 5pm at the Seneca Town Hall. Meeting notices posted at Town Hall, Krueger Field, Town Website and Homestead Golf Course. o Discuss and/or act on the zoning permit for the Minch’s. Motion to approve zoning permit by T. Wolf and second by D. Carolfi. Motion carried. o Discuss putting a snowplow on the new dump truck. Tabled until December. o Discuss finding/hiring new Election Inspectors. Information has been placed on our website, a flyer on front door of the Town Hall and will be handing out flyers Election Day. o Follow up on finding a private company to plow snow for the town hall and Altdorfcommunity center. o Road Work. Driveway on Leonard Road was discussed at length. Recurring agenda item(s):  Update on .gov email accounts. Waiting on approval from the registrar as of 10/30/2022. Adjourn.
