MINUTES September 7, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. Town Board Meeting Seneca Town Hall, 3540 County Hwy. Q, WI Rapids, WI 54495 Meeting certification & notification: This agenda is posted in two physical locations and the Town of Seneca website to notify the public of the date, place & time. Chairman Dean Oilschlager to call the meeting to order at 7:02 pm. Approve minutes of regular board meeting held on August 3, 2022.Motion to approve minutes by D. Carolfi and second by T. Wolf. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report. Approve payment of bills. Motion to approve Treasurer’s report & payment of bills by D. Carolfi and second by T. Wolf. Motion carried. Public input. None. Correspondence • Domain registration signed by Chairman Oilschlager. • TriCity wall hanging artwork. • Discuss purchase of laptop for Clerk. Approve at next meeting. • We will need a new toilet and sink in the Town Hall. We may be able to use ARPA funds for this. Treasurer will advise on funds. Motion by T. Wolf and second by D. Carolfi to purchase a new toilet and sink. Motion carried. Informational only: Updated Employee and Contact listing in packet & posted on door. • Per Chair Oilschlager, please add information as instructed. Update on .gov email accounts. Registration signed by Chair Oilschlager. Amend the clerk duties to reflect the changes we discussed. Complete to include all election duties be shared. Road Work. Jim will no longer plow for the Town of Seneca and is resigning. The County Highway Commissioner printed out the map of all the roads, which include 39 miles. We will get winter management through the Highway Department. We will have to decide by October and sign an agreement. The map needs to be signed and updated in WISLR. Dean signed and Veronica will mail. All roadwork is complete and paid for. 2022 first half Audit. Complete. Chair Oilschlager read the check numbers, T. Wolf verified the statements and D. Carolfi verified information on spreadsheet. Recurring agenda item(s) until resolved:  Discuss purchasing a new dump truck/plow. Keep eyes open on auctions.  Discuss and/or update on Road Superintendent position.  Email .gov registration. Adjourn. Meeting adjourned at approximately 9:45 pm.
