MINUTES TOWN OF SENECA Board of Review Meeting July 19, 2022 Seneca Town Hall, 3540 County Hwy. Q, WI Rapids, WI 54495 The Board of Review was called to order on the 19TH day of July, 2022at 5:00 PM at the Town Hall by Chairman Dean Oilschlager. David Carolfi made a motion to nominate Dean Oilschlager as chairman of the Board of Review. Tom Wolf seconded the motion. Motion carried. Dean Oilschlager made a motion to nominate Tom Wolf as co-chairman of the Board of Review. David Carolfi seconded the motion. Motion carried. Board of Review members present by roll call: Dean Oilschlager, Tom Wolf and Bernadette Carolfi. Bernadette Carolfi is acting as Clerk for the meeting. The required notifications for Board of Review were properly posted at least 15 days prior to Board of Review including publication in the local newspaper. Assessment notices were sent out 15 days prior to Open Book and Board of Review. No objections have been filed. The affidavit attached to the roll book has been verified and signed. Per Assessor Pauls, the level of assessment of the municipality is at approximately 75% overall. Open Book was held on July 12, 2022 from 3:00 – 5:00 PM. At 7:00 PM, after holding the Board of Review required statutory time of 2 hours, no property owner has appeared before the Board of Review.
