MINUTES TOWN OF SENECA Monthly Board Meeting May 4, 2022 7:00 P.M. Seneca Town Hall, 3540 County Hwy. Chairman Dean Oilschlager to call the meeting to order. Meeting called to order promptly at 7pm. Approve minutes of regular Town Board meeting held on May4, 2022. Motion by D. Carolfi and second by T. Wolf. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report. Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report and pay the bills by D. Carolfi and second by T. Wolf. Motion carried. Beginning balance, $316,360.16. Took in receipts of $35.281.57. Distributions of $28,201.50. Ending balance $323,440.23 Public input: • Discussion took place regarding inquiry to who would act as inspector for Enbridge Solar Park Project, it was determined Dan Hansen would provide this service. • A second discussion took place regarding the soccer net at the Ball Diamond. The net was provided by a private party for their use. The net is in disrepair. A post will be placed at the Town website stating that that net will be removed unless someone maintains it. Correspondence: 1. Wood County Emergency Government regarding fire numbers 2. Enbridge Open House Dean Oilschlager provided an update on mold remediation and HVAC work to the Town Hall. The Board setthe date for the annual Road Tour. The tour will take place May 14, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. The group will stop for lunch sometime between 11:00-1:00 at the Vesper Café. The Board set the meeting for the Comprehensive Plan review. The meeting will take place on May 10, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall. Discussion on guardrail damage Moccasin Creek bridge on Seneca Rd. • The claim was submitted to the drivers' insurance company. Motion to adjourn at 7:30 pm by D. Carolfi and second by T. Wolf.
