Q, WI Rapids, WI 54495 Meeting certification & notification: This agenda is posted in two physical locations and the Town of Seneca website to notify the public of the date, place & time. • Chairman Dean Oilschlager to call the meeting to order. • Swearing in of new Treasurer, Bernadette Carolfi. • Approve minutes of regular Town Board meeting held on February 2, 2022. • Treasurer’s Report • Approve payment of bills • Public input • Correspondence • Presentation from Delmore associates. • Discuss and take action on the mold contamination issue including bids from Serv-Pro on remediation and Tri-City on an HVAC system. • Sign the resolution for the comprehensive plan. A meeting to approve Comprehensive Plan is scheduled for March 9, 2022 at 6pm at the Seneca Town Hall. • Adopt an Ethics code and procurement process and have it on file as part of the ARPA compliance. • Schedule the annual meeting and properly post notice. • Discuss and possibly act on estimate/quote and conversion to Quickbooks Accounting and Budgeting Software to take place on January 1, 2023. • Road Work • Adjourn
