TOWN OF LINCOLN 10905 Falcon Road Board Meeting Minutes January 11, 2022, 6:00 pm Board Members Present: David Rogers-Chairman, Bob Cassaday, Matt Joiner, Dalton Tysver/Supervisors, Janet M. Bell Treasurer, Kathleen Altmann-Drinka/Clerk. Josh Mauritz was absent. Public Comments: Resident had questions about conditional use permit. APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The December 2021, Meeting Minutes were emailed to the board members on January 12, 2022. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the December 2021 Board Meeting Minutes. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Accounts Payables: Kathleen Altmann-Drinka, Clerk prepared the accounts payable/payroll report, and emailed the report to the board members. Motion by Dalton Tysver to accept the January Accounts Payables of $798,644.05 Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurers Report: The financial report was prepared by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer, and emailed to the board members. Motion by Dalton Tysver to accept the financial report. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Building Maintenance Items: Motion by Dalton Tysver to accept Rice’s Capital Carpet proposal, not to exceed $2,500.00 for carpet in the board room. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Roadwork: Supervisors will meet on January 20th to discuss Roadwork. ARPA Updates: No action taken. Motion by Dalton Tysver to adjourn meeting at 7:02 p.m. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Town Chairman David Rogers called the meeting back to order at 7:06 pm. ATV/UTV Route Ordinance Amendment: No action taken. Record Retention: No action taken. NEW BUSINESS: Town Equipment Grader Fenders: Motion by Matt Joiner to approve $3,500.00 to purchase the CAT fenders, must be all hardware included and one-piece back fenders.
