Bell was absent. Public Comments: No Public Comments APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The May 11, 2021 Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on May11, 2021. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the May 2021 Board Meeting Minutes. Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the May 2021 Special Meeting Minutes. NEW BUSINESS: Town Assessor: Motion by David Rogers to accept Kurt Moeller as the Town of Lincoln’s assessor for a term not to exceed three years to be renewable in June on the third year of each term. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Liquor Licenses: Motion by Josh Mauritz to Approve Renewal of Liquor License for Abare’s Outer Limits & Sports Bar LLC, Bakerville Sports Bar & Grill LLC, JJ Golf LLC, Mike Grosbier (Riverside Roadhouse), Marshfield Motor Speedway LLC, River Edge Country Club, T’s on 10 LLC, The Vintage House. Second by Dalton Tysver. all ayes. Motion carried. Superintendent Annual Review: No action taken. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Wood County Unit Meeting is scheduled for June 18, 2021 at Town of Seneca-St. Josephs Parish Hall.
