Board Of Review (May 19th 2021)

Town of Lincoln Board of Review Meeting Minutes 10905 Falcon Road Marshfield, WI 54449 Tuesday May 19, 2021 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm Members Present: David Rogers/Chairman, Matt Joiner/Supervisor Kathleen Altmann-Drinka/Clerk, Kurt Moeller/Assessor were present. Matt Joiner nominated David Rogers as chairman for the Board of Review. The meeting was called to order by Chairman David Rogers at 6:38 pm. Town Clerk Kathleen Altmann-Drinka has posted the Board of Review notice of the specific dates. The assessor’s affidavit has been signed and attached to the assessment roll, the assessment roll has been perfected and delivered to the town clerk on May 12, 2021. Notices of change have been mailed by the assessor within the time frame as established by state law. There are 2 members present. 3 Board members attended the Board of Review classes in February 2020. This is a maintenance year. Motion by Matt Joiner to approve the 2020 Board of Review Meeting Minutes. Second by David Rogers. all ayes. Motion carried. Kurt Moeller went over the assessment roll changes and real estate transfers. Motion by David Rogers to accept the valuation of the assessment roll as the correct valuations. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Kurt Moeller signed the Assessors Affidavit. (Sec. 70.49, Wis. Stats.) Motion by David Rogers to adjourn at 8:30 pm Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes.
