CALL TO ORDER Alderperson Kroupa called the meeting to order at 5:30PM 2. ROLL CALL; DECLARATION OF QUORUM; PUBLIC NOTICE Present: Commissioner Rafel, Commissioner Ferrante, Commissioner Wicihowski and Alderperson Kroupa, Mayor Ament was excused. Staff attending: Lucus Pichler. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. 05/11/2026 Meeting Minutes MOTION: Motion to Approve Motion by: Commissioner Wicihowski Second by: Commissioner Ferrante VOTE: Motion Passed 3-0 4. NEW BUSINESS A. Recommend to Common Council to approve an extension of a debris removal contract with DRC Emergency Services. MOTION: Motion to Approve Motion by: Commissioner Wicihowski Second by: Commissioner Ferrante VOTE: Motion Passed 4-0 5. UPDATES Lucus stated the project at Malone is progressing. The chiller at the Library and the fuel station are on track. 6.
