Public Comments: No Public Comments APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The May 11, 2021 Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on May10, 2021. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the April 2021 Board Meeting Minutes. Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: Re-Affirm Town Zoning Ordinance: Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve Resolution No. 2021-01 Re-Affirm and Re-Adopt the Town of Lincoln Zoning Ordinance per the Zoning Board Plan Commission Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Zoning Board & Plan Commission Appointments: Motion by Matt Joiner to approve the Zoning Board & Plan Committee Zoning Board. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. American Rescue Plan: Motion by Josh Mauritz to allow Janet M. Bell, Treasurer to open and manage a Savings Account with Partners Bank to receive and disburse funds from the American Rescue Plan. Bushman Subdivision: Supervisor Bob Cassaday will order Road Signs for Bushman Subdivision. Excavator Bucket: No action taken.
