Public Comments: No Public Comments APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The March 9, 2021 Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on March 10, 2021. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the March 2021 Board Meeting Minutes. Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the March Accounts Payables for a total of $31,220.68 Second by Dalton Tysver. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurers Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Dalton Tysver to accept the financial report as submitted, Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITEES Zoning Permits: Rita Blenker / 9759 Amber Drive / New Home Grace Baptist Church / 11771 Lincoln Avenue / Building Addition Randall Machtan & John Steckel / Garage Building Permits: No Building Permits Fire Department: Fire Dept Meeting Minutes were read by Josh Bell. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Marshfield Area Pet Shelter: No action taken. Road Work – Bids & Proposals: Motion by Josh Mauritz to accept American Asphalt Proposal for Patching at $156.65/ton and Wedging for $109.95/ton Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Matt Joiner to accept Scotts Construction Proposal for Chip Sealing on Lincoln Road (Airport Road-Westby Road) for 29,983.00 and Chip Sealing 1 mile on Wren Road from County Hwy H to Hwy County Y for $20,287.00 per mile cost Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Building Maintenance: Fluorescent LED Light bulbs have been installed in the Town Hall. Handicap Wave Door Openers have been installed. NEW BUSINESS: Dust Control: Motion by Dalton Tysver to spend $5,000.00 on Dust Control Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Town Pay Schedule/Equipment Rates: Motion by Matt Joiner to approve the additional equipment fee for the wheeled excavator to be added to the Town Pay Schedule Second by Dalton Tysver. all ayes. Motion carried. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Annual Meeting April 20, 2021 at 6:00 pm Board of Review Open Book May 12, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Board of Review May 19, 2021 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm Tornado & Severe Weather Awareness Week April 12th- 16th Annual Tire Recycling Day April 24, 2021 Wood County Unit Meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2021 at Rudolph Town Hall at 7:30 pm Scotts Construction will be there talking about Patching Potholes.
