TOWN OF LINCOLN 10905 Falcon Road Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday February 9, 2021 6:03 p.m. Board Members Present: David Rogers-Chairman, Bob Cassady, Josh Mauritz, Matt Joiner, Dalton Tysver – Supervisors, Janet M. Bell-Treasurer, Kathleen Altmann-Drinka/Clerk. Public Comments: No Public Comments APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The January 12, 2021 Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on January 13, 2021. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the January 2021 Board Meeting Minutes. Second by Dalton Tysver. all ayes. Motion carried. Budget Amendments: Motion by Dalton Tysver to correct the budget amendment amount of $85,000.00 to $75,000.00 to be put into X33 Roads. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the February Accounts Payables for a total of $665,862.11Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurers Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Matt Joiner to accept the financial report as submitted, Second by Dalton Tysver. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Josh Mauritz to close the BMO Tax Savings Account. Second by Bob Cassady. all ayes. Motion carried. REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITEES Zoning Permits: No Zoning Permits Building Permits: No Building Permits Fire Department Fire Dept Meeting was cancelled due to inclement weather. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Winter Maintenance Items: No action taken. Roadwork: No action taken. Building Maintenance: Motion by Matt Joiner to purchase (2) uprights and (8) beams for a total of 468.72 from Mid- Wisconsin Supply for pallet racking for organizing the shop. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Matt Joiner to accept Anderson Electric proposal to replace the lightbulbs in the hall and bathrooms not to exceed $975.10 Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: Dan Schmitt CSM/City of Marshfield Land R/W Dedication Resolution: No action taken. Road Work Bid Preparation: Town Board will meet on Thursday February 18, 2021 to discuss Road Work.
