Special Town Board Meeting Town of Lincoln 10905 Falcon Road Marshfield, WI 54449 October 22, 2020 5:34pm Board Members present David Rogers-Chairman, Josh Mauritz, Bob Cassaday, Matt Joiner, Dalton Tysver-Supervisors, Janet M. Bell-Treasurer, Kathleen Altmann-Drinka/Clerk Routes to Recovery Grant Items/Funds: Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve Mueller Electric Proposal for $6,600.00 which includes Install high resolution camera with recorder, install motion light, install touchless handicap door openers on two doors, Install touchless faucets with necessary electrical and plumbing parts. all ayes. Second by Bob Cassaday. Motion by Dalton Tysver to purchase a Grove EW22 Washer Extractor Package not to exceed $4,600.00 Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the Fire Department wages of $2,890.00 from March 1st – October 15th per itemized personnel list. Second Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the Accounts Payables for Elkay Double Unit with Bottle Filler in the amount of $2,408.00 Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Dalton Tysver to approve the Accounts Payables for the Chairs and Racks in the amount of $2,289.66 Second by Bob Cassaday. Motion by Matt Joiner to approve the Accounts Payables for the Letter Folding Machine in the amount of $1,289.32 Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Josh Mauritz to issue a check to either Jefferson Fire or Fire Safety USA not to exceed $4,600.00 Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried.
