Public Comments: No Public Comments APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The 2020 September Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on 9/29/2020. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the September 2020 Meeting Minutes. Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the financial report as submitted, Second by Dalton Tysver. all ayes. Motion carried. REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITEES Zoning Permits: Lori & John Werner / 10485 County Road B / Garage Building Permits: No Building Permits Fire Department Meeting Minutes were read by Fire Chief Andy Gingerich UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Building Maintenance: Motion by Matt Joiner to purchase 2x2x4 Concrete Blocks from Sternweis & Sons Concrete Block Division, not exceed to $4,000.00 for Material Containment Bin. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Roadwork: No action taken. Bushman Subdivision Resolution: The Board Adopted the Resolution Town Road Dedication Bunker Ridge & Fairway Drive. ATV Usage: No action taken. NEW BUSINESS: COVID Grant Items/Routes to Recovery Grant: Motion by Bob Cassaday to purchase (92) lifetime white chairs not to exceed $2,900.00 and 3 racks to accommodate the chairs not to exceed $750.00 Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Dalton Tysver to accept the proposal from Reigel Plumbing & Heating for $2,408.00 for replacement of existing Drinking Fountain with new Elkay Double Unit Bottle Filler. Second Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Bob Cassaday to purchase a Martin-Yale Letter Folding Machine not to exceed $1,300.00 Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried.
