TOWN OF LINCOLN 10905 Falcon Road Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday July 14, 2020 6:14 p.m. Board Members Present: David Rogers-Chairman, Josh Mauritz, Matt Joiner, Dalton Tysver - Supervisors Janet M. Bell-Treasurer, Kathleen Altmann-Drinka/Clerk. Bob Cassaday was absent. Public Comments: No Public Comments APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The 2020 June Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on 6/12/2020. Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve the June 2020 Meeting Minutes. Second by Dalton Tysver. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Dalton Tysver to accept the financial report as submitted, Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Dalton Tysver to allow Janet M. Bell/Treasurer to transfer the Road Work Savings Account CD of $100,000.00 plus the interest into BMO Harris Bank Account. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Accounts Payables: Kathleen Altmann-Drinka, Clerk prepared the accounts payable/payroll report, and read the report. Motion by Matt Joiner to accept the Accounts Payables for a total of $129,201.76 Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: August Monthly Meeting Change: Motion by Matt Joiner to change the monthly board meeting date from August 11, 2020 to August 18, 2020 Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Asphalt Hot Box: No action taken. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Wood County Unit Meeting will be held on Friday July 17, 2020 at 7:30 pm. Town of Richfield Hall, Marshfield, WI. The speaker will be a representative from the Wood County Health Department and the agenda will also include discussion of future meeting formats. Partisan Primary Election on Tuesday August 11, 2020, 7:00 am - 8:00 pm Town of Lincoln Hall. Motion by Josh Mauritz to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 pm Second by Dalton Tysver all ayes.
