TOWN OF LINCOLN 10905 Falcon Road Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday March 10, 2020 6:06 p.m. Board Members Present: David Rogers-Chairman, Josh Mauritz, Matt Joiner, Bob Cassaday, Dalton Tysver – Supervisors, Kathleen Altmann-Drinka/Clerk, Janet M. Bell -Treasurer, was present. Public Comments: No Public Comments` APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The 2020 February Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on February 12, 2020. Motion by Dalton Tysver to approve the 2020 February Meeting Minutes. Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion made by Bob Cassaday to accept the financial report as submitted, Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Accounts Payables: Kathleen Altmann-Drinka, Clerk prepared the accounts payable/payroll report and read the report. Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the Accounts Payables for a total of $19,989.29 Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Announcements: There will be a meeting of the Wood County Unit of Wisconsin Towns Association on the evening of Friday, March 20, 2020. The meeting will be held at Town of Richfield Hall Marshfield, WI. Agenda: Heather Gehrt-Wood County Treasurer. Spring Election and Presidential Preference Primary is Tuesday April 7, 2020 from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm at Town of Lincoln Hall. Town of Lincoln Fire Department Breakfast is Sunday April 19, 2020 from 8:00 am to Noon at RiverEdge Golf Course 10191 Millcreek Drive Marshfield, WI. Open Book/Board of Review Dates for 2020. The open book session has been scheduled for May 13, 2020 form 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The Board of Review has been scheduled for May 20, 2020 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
