Board Of Review (May 21st 2019)

Town of Lincoln Board of Review Meeting Minutes 10905 Falcon Road Marshfield, WI 54449 Tuesday May 21, 2019 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Members Present: David Rogers/Chairman, Josh Mauritz, Matt Joiner/Supervisors Kathleen Altmann-Drinka/Clerk, Kurt Moeller/Assessor and Carl Moeller/Assessor were present. Motion by Matt Joiner to nominate David Rogers as chairman for the Board of Review; Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. The Meeting was called to order by Town of Lincoln Chairman, David Rogers at 6:56 p.m. Town Clerk Kathleen Altmann-Drinka has posted the Board of Review notice of the specific dates and was published in the Marshfield News-Herald. The assessor’s affidavit has been signed and attached to the assessment roll, the assessment roll has been perfected and delivered to the town clerk on May 8, 2019. Notices of change have been mailed by the assessor within the time frame as established by state law. There are 4 members present. 4 board members attended the Board of Board of Review classes on February 24, 2018. This is a maintenance year not a re-valuation year. Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve the 2018 Board of Review Meeting Minutes. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Kurt Moeller went over the assessment roll changes and real estate transfers. Motion by Josh Mauritz to accept the valuation of the assessment roll as the correct valuations. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Kurt Moeller signed the Assessors Affidavit. (Sec. 70.49, Wis. Stats.) Motion by Matt Joiner to adjourn at 8:42 pm; Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes.
