TOWN OF LINCOLN 10905 Falcon Road Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday March 12, 2019 6:00 p.m. Board Members Present: David Rogers-Chairman, Bob Cassaday, Josh Mauritz, Matt Joiner, Leonard Johnson – Supervisors Kathleen Altmann-Drinka/Clerk, Janet M. Bell -Treasurer was present. Public Comments: No Public Comments APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The 2019 February Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on February 28, 2019. Motion by Leonard Johnson to approve the 2019 February Meeting Minutes. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Josh Mauritz to accept the financial report as submitted, Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Winter Maintenance Items: No action taken Roadwork 2019: No action taken Building Maintenance: Motion by Matt Joiner to accept the bid from Marshfield Glass to install (3) Insulated Doors at the Town Hall for $3,700.00 Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. Bushman Subdivision: Motion by Josh Mauritz for the town to release Gene Hill Construction, Inc. Irrevocable Letter of Credit #0205003444 for Bushman Estates pending receipts of the new letter of credit in the amount of $50,000.00 Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: Budget Amendments: Motion by Josh Mauritz to subtract from X33 Roads $983.77 and to subtract from X51 Capital Outlay $30,000.00 and subtract from the reserve fund $30,983.77 to correct duplication of a carryover of 2018 funds. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Annual Financial Report: Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept our Annual Audit. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Road Work Bids: Board members opened the sealed bids. Motion by Josh Mauritz to accept Paul Bugar Trucking bid at 8.48/ton for decomposed gravel. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Roadway Signs: No Action Taken Record Retention Ordinance: Motion by Josh Mauritz to adopt 2019-01 Town of Lincoln Ordinance Wisconsin Municipal Records Schedule, attached hereto incorporated herein by reference. Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Spring Election is Tuesday April 2, 2019 at Town of Lincoln Hall from 7am to 8pm Voter Photo ID Required. There will be a meeting of the Wood County Unit Meeting on the evening of Friday March 15, 2019. The meeting will be held at the Town of Cary. Discussion: Scott Construction on Asphalt and Wood County Extension on Solar Farms. Annual Tire Collection Saturday April 27th at Pankratz Trucking 10719 USH 10 Marshfield, WI. 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Town of Lincoln – Open Book/ Board of Review Dates for 2019 Open Book session has been scheduled for May 8, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Board of Review has been scheduled for May 15, 2019 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm Motion by Josh Mauritz to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 pm.
