Bell -Treasurer was present. Public Comments: No Public Comments APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The 2019 January Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on January 18, 2019 Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve the 2019 January Meeting Minutes. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the financial report as submitted, Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Fire Department: Meeting was cancelled due to the weather. Grader & Tractor Tires: No action taken Level: No action taken Record Retention Policy: No action taken NEW BUSINESS: Road Work Bid Preparation: Board discussed the Road Work Plan for 2019. The Road Work bid information will be published the Marshfield News- Herald. The board will open the bids at the March Board Meeting. Emergency Management Trailer Equipment: No action taken WTA District Meeting: Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve six board members to attend the WTA District Meeting in Neillsville, WI on February 22, 2019, not to exceed $800.00 which also includes mileage and wages. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. ANNOUNCEMENTS: There will be a meeting of the Wood County Unit of Wisconsin Towns Association on the evening of Friday February 15, 2019 at 7:30 pm. The meeting will be held at Town of Richfield Fire Station. Speaker: Jason Brubaker will talk about ATV Trails. Motion by Josh Mauritz to adjourn the meeting at 8:16 pm.
