ROLL CALL; DECLARATION OF QUORUM; PUBLIC NOTICE Deputy City Clerk Megan Godshall took the roll call as follows: Present: Commissioner Felda, Commissioner Anderson, Commissioner Schulpius, Director of Community Development Kessler Staff Present: Deputy Director of Community Development Nikki Jones, Principal Planner Kelly Wall, Deputy City Clerk Megan Godshall, Community Development Office Assistant Kailyn Jackowick The City Clerk confirmed that a quorum was present and that the meeting was properly posted in compliance with open meetings law. 3. NEW BUSINESS A. (1) KW UA-2600705 Chris Madigan with Driven Brands - 15201 W. Greenfield Ave - Use, Site and Architecture approval for a 1,835 square foot building for Take 5 Automotive Oil Change.
